FAQ
Can I add additional services to my appointment?
Any additional services that are not covered by the value of the voucher will need to be paid for by you.
2. Can i give the voucher to someone else?
While we hope that you might use the service for yourself, there may also be someone in your family who needs it, such as dependent children or family members.
3. How long is the voucher valid for?
The voucher will be valid for use between 21 July 2025 to 30 June 2027.
4. will my information remain anonymous?
Absolutely! At most, the salon may ask you for your name and a phone number or email address if taking a booking for your service. This personal information will not be shared with Short Back & Sidewalks, Hawaiian or anyone else.
