It’s an exciting time for Short Back & Sidewalks. After eight years of being entirely run by volunteers, Short Back & Sidewalks is growing and is now recruiting for its first paid position - Chief Executive Officer.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with the drive to deliver meaningful outcomes as Short Back & Sidewalks pursues regional services in Western Australia, expands in the eastern states and develops new models of service delivery. This growth will have a direct positive impact on the lives of people experiencing homelessness and poverty.

The new CEO will be delivering on Short Back & Sidewalks’s vision that people experiencing poverty or homelessness have self-confidence about their appearance and make positive connections with others in the community.

Outgoing CEO and founder Craig Hollywood will remain closely involved in the strategic direction and growth of SBSW.

“After over eight years of running Short Back & Sidewalks at the same time as working full time in the engineering sector, I'm shifting to an advisory position within the organisation,” he said.

“I'm excited to work with the team alongside the new CEO during this period of growth as we continue to positively impact the lives of people who access our services across Australia.”

HOW TO APPLY

Candidates are encouraged to apply via Seek.
